Rich in both body and flavour, creamy textured ripe nectarine, peach, honey and oily toast characters meld into some roasted almond, citrusy nougat and spice. Excellent depth finishing dry with a lick of fresh acidity and a long richly textured aftertaste. Drink over the next 4-5 years.
Their Chardonnay is a very focused wine. It has a complex nose and tight linear structure as seen in a good Chablis, but with the richness and length of a barrel fermented chardonnay. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
