This is an adventurous Gin made by George Burgess at the Tasmanian Distillery, Southern Wild.
This Gin was conceived as a way to utelise some premium local produce that was unable to be exported off the Tasmanian island.
The fruit was perfect. Hand-picked by local growers, these berries had no home until George decided to infuse his premium gin with their essence.
Bold in flavour and beautiful in colour, this is a delicious addition to the excellent Dasher + Fisher range.
