This Pear Chutney is created in the ‘Pure South Dining’ pastry kitchen. Savoury, fruity & spicy with raisins, ginger & nutmeg.
Perfect with pork, white meats or Tassie scallop pie. Enjoy on a charcuterie platter or with one of our Tassie hard cheeses like Pyengana Cheddar, BUT be careful, once it is in your fridge, you will eat it all day; in cooking, sandwiches, on a cracker.
