The Protege is a lighter-styled Pinot Noir built in a fruit forward style that makes terrific early drinking. It's picked early for fresh red fruit flavours then fermented with aromatic yeasts to enhance the floral bouquet.
It's just a lovely, lively expression of Pinot Noir from our most southern state.
