OurTassieoysters are currently coming from farms on Tasmania’s East Coast. We receive the oysters on your delivery day for the freshest possible experience.
Un-shucked Oysters remains fresh right up until the moment you shuck it. The natural juice is in the shell and retains the unique provenance of the oyster flavour. It also gives the oysters a shelf life of approximately 7 - 10 days. We have shucking knives available for sale too.
