Scottsdale pork belly, apple purée, braised cabbage, corn, spiced jus.

Dessert 
(to share)
Burnt Basque cheesecake, strawberry compote, ‘Meander Valley Dairy’ Clotted Cream.

Ingredients; 
Scottsdale pork, apple, cabbage, corn, chilli, onion garlic, lime, butter, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper

Cooking Instruction; 
Note, this is a par-cooked product which requires finishing.
Pork Belly;
Bring a pot of water to the boil. Carefully place closed bag in pot.
Turn heat down to simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Braised Cabbage; 
Carefully container in microwave for 1 minute.

Corn;
Carefully place bag in pot with pork belly for 1 minute.

Apple Sauce; 
Serve at room temperature
