This is a par-cooked dish, which you will ‘finish’ with little effort. These lamb forequarter shanks have been slow-cooked in Chef’s dining room sauce, with a robust mix of traditional herbs and pepper spice.
The lamb shanks are larger, ‘frenched’ and weigh approximately 320g-350g each + sauce.
