Rob Nichols invented his own methods for “Ethical, Free-Range" farming. The 24-hour free-range access to pastures is probably only possible in Tasmania, due to the lack of predators and risk.  
On the north coast at Sassafras, wlove to have the Pure South team visit the free-range farm for the education in inspiring, modern-farming innovation, but they have to endure the bio-security too. It is worth it. And so too is flying this product to Melbourne ourselves to grace the Pure South menus, because this is the best we can find.
