Slow-cooked Tasmanian Lamb Shoulder, eggplant sambal, asparagus

Ingredients; 
Lamb, eggplant, asparagus, onion, ginger, garlic, chilli, lime, creme fraiche, mustard, cumin, coriander pepper, sugar.

Cooking Instruction; 
Note, this is a par-cooked product which requires finishing.
Lamb Shoulder; 
Bring a pot of water to the boil. Carefully place closed bag in pot.
Turn heat down to simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Asparagus; 
Carefully place bag in pot with lamb for 1 minute.

Eggplant Sambal; 
Serve at room temperature
